Personal data that you transmit to TSCHUDA GmbH will be used by TSCHUDA GmbH exclusively on the basis of the legal regulations (DSGVO, TKG 2003) in order to be able to work on your requests.

The data provided is necessary to process your request and will only be used to work on your request in accordance with legal requirements and not for other purposes.
This does not apply to the use for statistical purposes, as lang as the data provided has been made anonymous.
3. Data Storage, Data Transfer
Your data is stored securely and may be passed on by TSCHUDA GmbH to the responsible foreign sales partners, but never to third parties without your consent.
The data will be stored by TSCHUDA GmbH in any case in accordance with legal obligations and at least until the expiry of any product liability periods.
For future services, the data will also be stored unless you request TSCHUDA GmbH to delete the data.
4. Data Security
Your personal data is protected by appropriate organizational and technical precautions. These precautions concern in particular the protection against unauthorised, illegal or also accidental access, processing, loss, use and manipulation.
Notwithstanding your efforts to maintain a consistently high level of due diligence, the possibility cannot be excluded that information that you provide to TSCHUDA GmbH may be viewed and used by other persons.
Please note that TSCHUDA GmbH therefore accepts no liability for the disclosure of information due to errors in data transmission and/or unauthorized access by third parties not caused by TSCHUDA GmbH (e.g. hacker attack on e-mail account, server, PC or telephone, interception of faxes, etc.).

In principle and in accordance with legal obligations, you have the right at any time to receive information about the type and scope of data stored about you.
In addition, you have the right to correct or delete incorrect data.

6. Web-Tracking
This website used Google Analytics until May 25th 2018. Google Anlalytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ( “Google”). The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website are usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. In case of activation of the IP anonymization on this website, your IP address will be truncated within Member States of the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
